Rosalia
Rosalia Vila known as Rosalia is an Spanish Pop/Flamenco artist. Since her teen years she's been involved with the edges of classical and pop music. In addition, she is a pioneer in the realms of hip-hop, trap and soul. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela has described her voice as sweet and sharp, but still having the grit of more mature singers. El Mal Querer, her sequel album to Los Angeles in 2017, has been a huge critical as well as commercial hit. It was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums Chart and won the Grammy. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami was her third full-length album. The album featured songs written in collaboration with other artists and producers, including Cory Henry. In March 2022 the set was released following Saturday Night Live's performance of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the very first Spanish artist to appear in a solo performance on the show. As well as winning three additional Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia was also the first female to be awarded this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
